Registered learners can contact their tutors for follow-up questions or clarifications via the Student Portal. Tutors respond within 24–48 hours. Please note that this option is only available to registered learners.
Yes, all live sessions are recorded so learners can revisit them anytime for revision.
To book a live session, log in to your Student Portal. On your home page, you will be able to request a session with your tutor by selecting the subject and your preferred time slot.
Yes! Every week, we upload animated videos explaining Math and Science topics. At the end of each video, there is an embedded exercise for learners to complete and submit to their assigned tutor. During weekly group sessions, tutors review these exercises, mark them, and answer questions. These group sessions are complemented by one-on-one live sessions for personalized support. All videos and exercises are available on the Student Portal.
Absolutely! You can choose from our list of tutors when booking live sessions via Student Portal, based on availability.
Learners can request a different tutor through the Student Portal based on availability and learning needs.
